1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using Victory Road, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. If you are under 13, please do not use the site.
• Agreement: If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Fan Project Disclaimer (Non-Commercial)

Victory Road is a free, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

• All Pokémon names, images, and related assets are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners.
• This site is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. We do not charge for access to Pokémon-related content.

3. Accounts & Discord Integration

We use Discord OAuth for user authentication.

• Security: We do not see, store, or have access to your Discord password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Victory Road profile.

4. User Conduct & Content

You agree to use the service in a lawful and respectful manner.

• Prohibited Acts: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape data excessively, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the site.
• User-Generated Content: If you post content (such as team builds or comments), you grant Victory Road a non-exclusive license to display that content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates community standards or infringes on third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

• Site Content: The original code, UI design, and branding for Victory Road are the property of its contributors.
• Third-Party IP: All Pokémon-related intellectual property remains the property of the original copyright holders.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Victory Road is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data retention, or the accuracy of the information provided. Use the service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victory Road and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages, loss of data, or service interruptions arising from your use of the site.

8. Termination & Changes

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Victory Road at any time, for any reason, without notice.
• Updates: We may modify these terms or the service itself at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
